Mr. Roy Lee  Ellis, 75, of Wadesboro, North Carolina was born February 25, 1945 to the late Willie and Viola Alsbrooks Eliis in Chesterfield, South Carolina.

He leaves to cherish fond memories: three children, Leslie Ellis of Charlotte, NC, Nerissa Marshall Marshall and Elroy Marshall of Rock Hill, SC; four grandchildren, Jaiden Dixon of Charlotte, NC;  Dylan Marshall, Moesha Marshall and Brianna Marshall of Morven, NC; three sisters, Runette E. Wilson of Chesterfield, SC,  Vinetta Malloy of New London, CT and Louise Chapman of Chicago, IL; two brothers, Jasper (Tina) Ellis, Cheraw, SC and Woodrow (Sandra) Ellis, Cheraw, SC; a host of nieces, nephews, other relative and friends.
